How it works
The first row is used as a header by default. The tool trims and normalizes cells, merges or splits columns, then removes empty and duplicate rows. The before/after preview and change log show exactly what changed.
Tips
- Keep a copy of the original file. The tool never changes it.
- Turn off date or number normalization for ID, phone or code columns.
- Commas are treated as thousands separators. If a column uses a decimal comma, turn number normalization off.
Frequently asked questions
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is read and cleaned in your browser. Nothing is sent to beancuit or anyone else.
Which formats can I use?
CSV, TSV and XLSX. The first row is used as the header by default; you can turn that off.
What counts as a duplicate?
Rows that are exactly the same after trimming and normalization. The first one is kept.
Are dates and numbers always changed?
No. Only formatted dates and numbers are normalized; plain numbers and IDs are left alone. You can turn either option off.
Can I check the result before downloading?
Yes. The before/after preview and the change log show what changed. Your original file is not modified.
